Effective Teachers!

What should effective teachers should know and be able to do. An effective teacher needs more than just stand on front of a group of students and start talking about the subject, they must continually make decisions and acts on others, they must have knowledge on what theorical knowledge does a effective teacher needs, Personal practical knowledge, which teaching skills are required, and what subject-matter knowledge does the effective teacher need.


A teacher’s role can be described as one of a reflective decision maker. Some of the particular decisions that an effective teacher makes or will make, dividing them into three basic stages: planning, implementing, and evaluating. Teachers aspects of reflective Decision Making helps teachers make more effective decisions.

A teachers attitudes depends a lots on the way their students are going to be. A teachers attitude toward self- understanding need to know and understand their students, as the same time it depends on the teachers attitude toward parents.




Teachers can be effective in many ways, the only thing they need is to really want to be a teacher, not ignoring students, wanting to make a difference in someone else's life, having good communication, helping them when needed, and realize that they all have different methods of learning.
